How Group 4 Networks collects, uses and protects personal information on MezureAI.

Last updated October 13, 2026

Who operates MezureAI

MezureAI (mezureai.com) is operated by Group 4 Networks, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit the site, send us a message, or choose analytics cookies.

The laws we follow

We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We also follow Quebec's Law 25, which updates Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector. Those rules cover why we collect information, how we use it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to run and improve MezureAI. Contact form data: if you write to us through the site form, we receive your name, work email, company name if you provide one, and your message. The form is processed by Netlify. ROI model inputs: MezureAI publishes ROI frameworks and examples. We do not currently run a calculator that sends your model inputs to our servers. If you include volumes, costs, or other figures in a message, we treat them as part of that message. Google Analytics 4: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 may collect page views, approximate location, device and browser details, and how you move through the site. Analytics is loaded with Google Consent Mode v2, which starts with storage denied until you agree. Microsoft Clarity: Clarity is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies. If you agree, Clarity may collect session recordings, clicks, scrolls, and similar usage data so we can see which pages are hard to use. Cookies and similar storage: we store your cookie choice in your browser so we can remember it on later visits. Analytics cookies from Google, advertising-signal cookies from Google, and Clarity cookies from Microsoft are used only after you say yes.

Why we collect it

We use contact form data to read and reply to your message. We use analytics, if you allow it, to understand which pages are helpful and where the site is confusing. We do not sell personal information. We do not use the site to run ads today. The cookie banner still lets you allow or refuse advertising signals that Google may associate with analytics.

How you give and withdraw consent

Required site functions, such as remembering that you have already seen the cookie banner, do not wait on a separate yes. Analytics and advertising signals wait on your choice. When you first visit, a cookie banner asks you to accept, decline, or choose what to allow. Nothing from Google Analytics 4 or Microsoft Clarity is collected until you accept analytics. You can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings in the footer. That reopens the same banner so you can save a new choice.

How long we keep information

Contact form messages are kept as long as we need them to reply and for a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted or archived when they are no longer needed. We generally do not keep routine enquiries longer than 24 months. Your cookie choice stays in your browser until you clear site data or save a new choice. Google and Microsoft keep analytics data according to their own retention settings for our accounts.

Who processes information for us

We use a small number of companies to host the site and measure it. Google processes Google Analytics 4 and Consent Mode v2. Microsoft processes Microsoft Clarity, only after analytics consent. Netlify hosts mezureai.com and receives contact form submissions. Each of those companies processes information on our instructions as a service provider.

Information stored outside Canada

Google, Microsoft, and Netlify may store or access information in the United States. That means personal information can cross the border and may be subject to U.S. law. We still remain responsible for it under PIPEDA and, where it applies, Quebec Law 25.

Your rights

Subject to the law that applies to you, you can ask us to give you access to the personal information we hold about you, correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete, withdraw consent for analytics or advertising signals using Cookie settings, delete personal information we no longer need or de-index it where Law 25 requires that, and receive a copy of information you provided where a portability right applies. Quebec Law 25 also asks us to be clear about automated decision-making. MezureAI does not use your personal information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. To use these rights, email [email protected]. We may need to confirm it is you before we respond. You can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec if you are in Quebec.
